The Right Patio Room

The beautiful right patio room has a twin/double combination and a built in wardrobe. It is accessed from the patio through a small lounge area which is shared with the left patio room.

It shares a bathroom with the left patio room which is used during the day as a communal facility for all guests.

This is sold as a Sole Use Room.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A £300 non-refundable deposit fee paid is needed to secure the place.  By paying this fee customers are agreeing to the terms & conditions and will be emailed a ‘booking confirmation’.  60% of the full balance, less £300 deposit, is payable 8  weeks before commencement of the event and final payment of 40% is payable 4 weeks before commencement of the event, unless agreed otherwise on confirmation of booking.
