The smaller Garden Room bedroom is next to the Master Suite and has a twin/double bed combination. It has an ensuite bathroom through a sliding door, which comprises of a large open space shower, as well as a large sink and toilet.
The bedroom is either accessed off the small corridor from the function room or it has a single door access from the walled garden, that comprises of a small lawn and various fruit trees.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A £300 non-refundable deposit fee paid is needed to secure the place. By paying this fee customers are agreeing to the terms & conditions and will be emailed a ‘booking confirmation’. 60% of the full balance, less £300 deposit, is payable 8 weeks before commencement of the event and final payment of 40% is payable 4 weeks before commencement of the event, unless agreed otherwise on confirmation of booking.
